Instructions:

1. The electric blanket should not be folded or overlapped during use, especially when used by pets. Secure the four corners of the mat to prevent pets from moving around and causing the mat to shift. Because of its limited size during shipping, it will arrive folded. Please unfold and lay it flat once received.
2. Do not scratch the surface of the heating pad with a sharp object!
3. The surface is made of waterproof material, which cannot be removed, washed, or soaked in water!
4. If stock of footprint patterns runs out, we will replace them with flower patterns. Please contact customer service in advance if you have preferences. Thank you for your understanding.
